The first wave of EcoSure Audits for 2008 was completed and twelve of our stores captured Platinum awards, while another twelve captured Gold awards.
The EcoSure audit is like a health department inspection, but much more strict and thorough. It includes following proper procedures and storage according to Hardee's standards and requires a store to be kept nothing less than "spick and span".
"J&S Restaurants received more Platinum Audit awards in one wave, percentage wise than any other franchise in the country", according to M.D. Dean our Franchise Business Consultant. With the combined total of twenty four Platinums and Golds, over half of our stores received honors!
The following stores received Gold EcoSure audits: Madisonville, Ducktown, Paul Huff Parkway, Hixson, Hwy. 58, Morrison Springs, Tiftonia, Monteagle, Trenton, Rossville, Fort Oglethorpe, and Ringgold.
The following stores received Platinum EcoSure audits: White Street, Loudon, Decatur, Etowah, Vonore, Ocoee, Calhoun, Spring Place, Ooltewah, 23rd Street, Dalton II, and Chatsworth.
