The White Street Hardee’s in Athens recently received the Platinum EcoSure Audit award, the second time a J&S Restaurants, Inc. owned store has received this prestigious award. EcoSure Audits are a very in-depth and Hardee’s procedure oriented inspection, and have higher standards than a routine health inspection.

“I challenge all the stores to meet White Street’s achievement!” says Ed Stuteville, J&S Restaurants Director of Training...and some have come very close. The EcoSure audits occur 3 times a year, and all the J&S Restaurants units combined have received 8 Gold Audits in this first “wave”. District Manager Ryan Schults received 4 Gold Audits and at that time was overseeing seven restaurants! Congratulations to all Gold Audit recipients!
